Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 8, 2026

1. Privacy & Data Tracking

We respect your privacy. We strictly adhere to the following principles:

Exception: We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking cookies to understand how users interact with our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. By using this service, you acknowledge that anonymous usage data may be shared with Google for these specific purposes.

Tenant Data Collection: Blockforger LLC provides the infrastructure (e.g., Blockforger Pages) used by Tenants to build their services. We do not control or assume responsibility for how Tenants collect, store, or use data from their own users. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of individual Tenants they interact with.

2. Usage & Rate Limits

Access to Blockforger services, including the API and AI generation tools, is subject to usage and rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blockforger or its operators be liable for any claim, damages, refunds or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.

5. Platform Nature and Responsibility for Tenant Applications

Blockforger LLC is a dynamic, multitenant platform that hosts user-created dynamic web applications (Tenants). Tenants may themselves be multitenant platforms hosting their own sub-users and third-party content. Blockforger LLC provides the infrastructure for these applications but does not create, control, or mandate the content within them.

Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), Blockforger LLC is a provider of an "interactive computer service" and shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. This protection extends to content generated by our Tenants, as well as content generated by the users of those Tenants. As a platform, we do not—and legally cannot be tasked to—review all user-generated content across this multi-tier ecosystem.

Service Role: We are merely a web host and platform for Tenants to build and deploy their services. We do not assume responsibility for the actions of our tenants, legal or otherwise, contained within or facilitated by Blockforger Pages or the wider Blockforger infrastructure.

Each tenant administrator is solely responsible for their application's compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other platform governance regulations within their own jurisdictions.

6. User Generated Content & Moderation

Private Data Ownership: Schemas, custom lambdas, lambda logs, and data objects in the managed backend are the private property of their respective billing administrators. They are subject to standard legal investigations and compliance with the law by both Amazon Web Services and Blockforger LLC.

Public Content Moderation: Routes under /pages/* and tenant-specific endpoints are subjected to content moderation only as required by law or to prevent system abuse. Because of the ownership rights and dynamic nature of the platform, we cannot proactively monitor or vet content that users of our users generate.

Third-Party Example Data: Data shown on the petstore tenant demo/example page is hosted off-site on the canonical example for swagger API's (petstore) and is not owned by or representative of the views of Blockforger LLC. It may also contain offensive UGC which we did not generate and do not endorse.

7. Severability of clauses

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
